CD Central is hosting a White Stripes listening/viewing party in celebration of the new live album/DVD, Under the Great White Northern Lights, tonight at 6 p.m. Free pizza, Ale-8 and a chance to win some White Stripes gear. 6 p.m., 377 S. The Void will host 4 bands tonight, including local electro-beat wizards Street Gnar (Case Mahan solo project) and Trailblazer (Coleman Guyon solo project) and, all the way from Canada, Dirty Beaches (sounds like Suicide) and Makeout Videotape.
